If you are new to sound healing and need guidance on playing your instruments, you can learn from Janae. She teaches sound healing for Unplug Meditation, and independently. Janae has been facilitating soundbaths in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Albuquerque for eight years and is well-known for the musicality she brings to her soundbaths.


If you want hands-on training to master your instruments and feel confident that you are creating a rich, healing, and pleasant experience for your sound-bathers, you've come to the right place.

Using traditional Shamanic techniques and materials such as herbs, crystals, and sound instruments, your space will be thoroughly examined and cleansed. This process removes stagnant energy, unwanted spirits and promotes healthy energy flow which aids in inviting abundance. It's recommended to do a clearing annually or after a major life changing event. If you just feel negativity or uneasiness in your space, that is also an indication that it might be time for a thorough space clearing. 

You may need a clearing if you have experienced the following:

PRIVATE Soundbath


A soundbath is a form of energy healing and is also used to facilitate deep meditation and relaxation. During a soundbath, you are immersed in the vibrations of various instruments. The beats and sounds promote deep relaxation, the release of stagnant energy, and healing. Through soothing, resonant sound, the body achieves deep relaxation and is affected on a cellular level, releasing stagnant energy, opening up the flow of energy, and moving us back toward vibrational alignment with health. Sound can aid us in removing lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment and has also been known to help relieve stress, anxiety, and pain caused by PTSD, emotional trauma, and just life in general.


You have the option of booking a private soundbath in a studio, in your home for yourself or a group, or at the office. If you are interested in having a soundbath for a special occasion such as a birthday, baby shower, etc. There are several "workshop" options to customize your special event. Contact for consultation. The rate depends on various details, including but not limited to location, duration, type of event, etc.

It helps to restore balance and harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Stress, anger, worry, and other negative thought patterns cause blockages in our energy field, creating problems with our body's functionality.


CRYSTAL HEALING - What is Crystal Healing?

Crystal healing is a form of vibrational and energy healing that involves placing crystals and gemstones on and around the physical body. As practitioners, we work in partnership with the Stones to redress imbalances. Each stone has unique healing properties which allow us to channel energy to amplify healing in the areas in which the body, mind, and spirit need it most.
